SUBMITTAL LOCATION:  City of Milton-Freewater, Public Works Department, 501 Lamb Street, PO Box 6, Milton-Freewater, OR  97862.  Proposals must be received at this location on or before said due date.  Proposers are solely responsible for meeting this deadline.  E-mail submittals can be sent to steven.patten@milton-freewater-or.gov

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Proposals are invited for supplying materials and installing a 10-foot chain-link fence around a newly constructed multi-sport court at Freewater Park (60’x96’). The fence shall contain two corral-style entrances, built-in soccer goals, and optional 20-foot posts for lighting.

All work IS TARGETED TO BE completed no later than JULY 31, 2025.

REQUIREMENTS/CRITERIA:  This project is funded in part by a grant awarded by the State of Oregon Parks and Recreation Department with a match requirement to be met by the City of Milton-Freewater using public funds.  Therefore, all work under this funding agreement grant shall be considered as a Public Works Project and is subject to Oregon Prevailing Wage Rates https://www.oregon.gov/boli (ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870).

The Proposer declares and agrees that they will comply with all provisions of the Oregon Public Works Law as required by ORS 279.348 to 279.365 and all Federal and State statutes and regulations pertaining to Workers Compensation, Industrial Accident Insurance, Income Tax Withholding, Social Security and payment of bills for labor and materials.   Workers shall be paid not less than the specified minimum hourly rate of wage if the project is subject to the Prevailing Wage Rate Law. 

The City reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications, postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, or waive informalities and to accept the qualifications deemed best in the interest of the City, considering the proposer's experience and equipment and the time required for completion.
