Welcome to the City of Milton-Freewater’s Public Transportation website. As of January 1, 2024, we have sadly said goodbye to the Milton-Freewater bus, but not to worry, Kayak Public Transit has picked up the services!! The City of Milton-Freewater still offers our dial-a-ride taxi service for senior and disabled patrons residing in Milton-Freewater city limits.  If you are interested in our program, please see the attached taxi brochure at the bottom of this page or contact City Hall at 541-938-5531 or the Milton-Freewater Planning Department at 541-938-8235. To schedule a ride please call GG Taxi at 509-386-1224.

 

The Milton-Freewater Senior and Disabled Public Taxi does NOT run on the following holidays –

Operated by the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation, KAYAK provides transportation to La Grande, Hermiston, Irrigon, Weston, Athena, Milton-Freewater, Mission, and Pendleton, Oregon, as well as Walla Walla, Washington.
