In the weeks to come we will be preparing city streets to be crack sealed from SE 15th Avenue south to Key Boulevard.  It is imperative that you do not blow lawn clippings or other debris on the street surfaces to assist in expediting this process. Staff plans to begin maintenance on August 19, 2019 through September 6, 2019.  Staff will be conducting such maintenance between 6:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on regular work days.

PUBLIC NOTICE – FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Date:  July 23, 2019

Contact:  Brian Steadman, Public Works Superintendent 541-938-8272

Due to technical issues with the water filtration system the city has been left no other choice than to drain the pool.  Safety is our number one priority and when water clarity is not adequate we cannot risk opening the pool.  Staff is working on this issue and we will provide an update on when we will re-open just as soon as we know more.
