Rick Huddle is coming to the MF Library again! This time he will do a Halloween performance "Barely Boo" on Monday, October 16th at 6 p.m. in the library Albee Room. Event is for children of all ages and free!

Drug Take Back

MILTON-FREEWATER COMMUNITY DRUG TAKE BACK EVENT

When:  Saturday, October 28th, 2017---8:00 A.M. until 8:00 P.M.

Where:  Milton-Freewater Police Department Lobby/722 S. Main St.

What:  In collaboration with the Drug Enforcement Administration, citizens, both inside and outside the City of Milton-Freewater can dispose of unused, unwanted, un-needed controlled, uncontrolled, and over the counter medications by bringing them to the lobby of the Milton-Freewater Police Department and depositing them into a disposal box.

Health Survey

Beginning August 31st, some citizens in Umatilla County (to include citizens of Milton-Freewater) may be contacted at their doorstep by interviewers from the Centers for Disease Control.  You may be contacted asking that you participate in a health questionnaire/survey.  This particular health study has been occurring for the last 55 years, and is a federally funded project, intended to help identify and ascertain general health and health concerns of U.S. citizens, thereby aid in formulating public health policy.
