Police Records Request Form

Police reports may be released to the public under the Oregon Open Records Law, with certain restrictions, after the investigation has been completed. The Records Division shall only release information that has been reviewed and approved by a Patrol Supervisor; and the disposition of the case is closed, suspended or unfounded. Cases that are still under active investigation will not be released during the investigative period.

Community Building Rental

The Community Building is available for the public to rent. The building has a Main Hall, a Kitchen, and a conference room (Club or Rotary Room). There are also tables and chairs for use.

Library Meeting Rooms

The Albee and Monahan Community Rooms at the Milton-Freewater Public library are available for the public to use for meetings and special events. Such use could include board meetings, public hearings, performances, lectures, and more.

Up to 10 people can occupy the Monahan room, and up to 150 can occupy the Albee Room at one time. If you are interested in booking either room please read our Meeting Room Agreement. 

If your meeting time falls outside of library hours we may be able to check out a key to you.

If you have had contact with members of our department, and would like to either compliment or state a complaint about the services you received, or offer suggestions on a better way to serve you in the future; please take some time, complete this form and and submit it. Notice: There is a non-refundable $12 processing fee, due when submitting your request, which covers the first three (3) pages of any releasable record. You must pay this fee before your record can be processed.

After filling out the form staff will be in touch to acknowledge your request and will provide you with an estimate of fees to process you request. If you choose to have documents scanned they will be e-mailed to the address you provide to us.
