The City of Milton-Freewater, Oregon is seeking interested engineering firms to submit a list of pertinent qualifications for completing the design and construction engineering for the project described below.  Responses must be sealed and addressed to the City of Milton-Freewater, Attn:  Brian Steadman, Public Works Superintendent and will be accepted by the Public Works Department, 501 Lamb Street, PO Box 6, Milton-Freewater, OR  97862 before October 17, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. local time.  Proposers are solely responsible for meeting this deadline.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The City of Milton-Freewater is seeking interested firms to submit a list of pertinent qualifications for completing the design and complete construction of one new ADA accessible free-standing, three-story elevator at City Hall, a historic building located at 722 S. Main Street.  Preliminary project drawings have been approved by the State of Oregon Elevator Inspector and are available for review at the Public Works Office located at 501 Lamb Street, Milton-Freewater, Oregon during business hours.
