The library has 12 computers with internet access and Microsoft Office. The children's department has 3 computers for children with educational games and limited internet access.

1. Please note the amount of payment and enclose with payment in envelope.
2. Includes any previous bill amount that is unpaid PLUS the current bill amount.  Payment in full will bring your account to a zero balance.

6. Not every billing cycle is the exact same amount of days.  This helps determine why your bill may have been lower or higher than the previous month.
7. These are the average uses in the current billing cycle as compared to one year ago.
8. Electric – Fee is assessed based on actual power used at the current rate.
   Water – Fee is assessed based on actual water used at the current rate.  Usage is in thousands of gallons (7 = 7,000 gallons used).  There is a minimum monthly water fee for 5,000 gallons or less.
   Infrastructure Fee-PWks – Funds sewer and water capital funds to maintain sufficient reserves for anticipated and unanticipated system repairs and upgrades.
   Sewer – Fee assessed based on current monthly rate.
   Recycling – Fee is mandatory under the Oregon Opportunity to Recycle Act. There are two convenient drop off locations.
   Refuse – Monthly minimum plus any additional service requests that have been made. 
   Sublight – Fee is for additional lighting as requested by customers on their property.
   Service Availability Fee – Set fee required if you have electric service.  This fee is specifically for maintaining the power lines from the substation all the way to your home service as well as preparation of your bill.
   Utility User Tax – Tax is charged to customers in the city limits computed on electric bill.  Fee is equivalent to 3.3% which is earmarked for the public safety expenditures.
   Late Fee – A fee is assessed if you pay your bill after the due date, before the unpaid termination date.
   Infrastructure Fee – Elec – Funds go toward upgrading major electric infrastructure items.
