Request for Qualifications - Design and Construction Engineering - Locust and Outwest Water Line Extension C285

The City of Milton-Freewater, Oregon is seeking interested engineering firms to submit a list of pertinent qualifications for completing the design and construction engineering for the project described below.  Responses must be sealed and addressed to the City of Milton-Freewater, Attn:  Brian Steadman, Public Works Superintendent and will be accepted by the Public Works Department, 501 Lamb Street, PO Box 6, Milton-Freewater, OR  97862 before October 17, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. local time.  Proposers are solely responsible for meeting this deadline.
