February 2020 Flooding - FEMA Disaster Relief Funds available

STATE OF OREGON  FEDERAL DISASTER DECLARATION FACT SHEET  APRIL 3, 2020

Today, April 3, 2020, President Donald J. Trump granted a Major Disaster Declaration for the State of Oregon triggering the release of Federal funds to help people and communities recover from Severe Storms, Flooding, Landslides, and Mudslides that occurred February 5-9, 2020.  Details of the disaster declaration and assistance programs are as follows:

POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

 

Position:        FULL-TIME POLICE OFFICER

 

Salary:            $25.60 – 31.14            DPSST Certification Basic

                        $26.38 – 32.07            DPSST Certification Intermediate

                        $27.13 – 33.00            DPSST Certification Advanced

 

Duties:            Performs law enforcement and crime prevention work including patrol and investigation; enforces federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances.  Accepts related work and assignments as required.

 

EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

Position:                   FULL-TIME EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

                                   

Salary:                       Entry Level Pay Range $19.69 – 23.95 per hour.

Bilingual incentive pay is an additional 5%.

Lateral pay based on Oregon DPSST certification level.
