Golf Course Rates as of July 1, 2023
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RATES FOR THE MILTON-FREEWATER MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Milton-Freewater is given the authority to amend the Municipal Golf Course Rates:
WHEREAS, the following resolution offers punch card discounts during the winter months of December and January;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this resolution repeals any previous resolutions, and that the following amended rates shall be effective July 1, 2023.

PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR ANNUAL FEES
Any annual fees (Unlimited Annual Passes, Golf Cart Usage/Trail Fee, Cart Barn Rental) may be paid in a lump sum at the start of the agreement period. A discount of 10% shall be applied to lump sum payments. Installment payment plans (monthly or quarterly) will consist of regular payments which total the full annual fee (no discount) PLUS a $5.00 handling/accounting fee with each payment.
Annual Unlimited Passes may be pro-rated for a partial year, but only from the date of purchase through the end of the calendar year, and the lump sum payment discount decreases by 1% each month. (Example – April purchase is for 9 months and lump sum payment discount is 7%)
GOLF DEFINITIONS: Student: Any person age 18 or under, current college students & active military persons. Adult: Any person ages 19-61. Senior: Any person age 62 or older. Passes, Limited: One-half year passes may be purchased for January-June or July-December play only at one-half regular rate.
Daily Greens Fee: A fee paid that allows one round of golf, either 9 or 18 holes, which determines the fee paid. Punch Card: Good for play on any day, Sunday through Saturday. Punch cards may be used by an individual designated by owner of punch card.
FOOT GOLF DEFINITIONS: Child: Any person age 12 or under. Adult: Any person age 13 or older.
