MILTON-FREEWATER COMMUNITY DRUG TAKE BACK EVENT

When:  Saturday, October 28th, 2017---8:00 A.M. until 8:00 P.M.

Where:  Milton-Freewater Police Department Lobby/722 S. Main St.

What:  In collaboration with the Drug Enforcement Administration, citizens, both inside and outside the City of Milton-Freewater can dispose of unused, unwanted, un-needed controlled, uncontrolled, and over the counter medications by bringing them to the lobby of the Milton-Freewater Police Department and depositing them into a disposal box.

Join the City of Milton-Freewater for National Night Out! Enjoy a night out with the family for free food, a tour of our Fire Truck and Police Cars, games and activivities for kids, and an opportunity to meet your city leadership. For more information contact the library at 541-938-8247!

Join the library for our Kickoff Summer Reading Pizza Party and Keva Plank Building Contest!

The Gathering Place was build in 2015 with the help of over 160 community volunteers. The site is located on the corner of McLoughlin High School and is a place where community gathering can be held. There is a small stage with a grass knoll providing a sitting area.

Join the library for a special Star Wars themed Storytime. We will have stories, and crafts for children of all ages.
