SUBMITTAL LOCATION: City of Milton-Freewater, Public Works Department, 501 Lamb Street, PO Box 6, Milton-Freewater, OR 97862. Proposals must be received at this location on or before the due date. Proposers are solely responsible for meeting this deadline. E-mail submittals can be sent to steven.patten@milton-freewater-or.gov
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Proposals are invited for the complete removal and replacement of roofing materials on two buildings at Marie Dorian Park: the Old Power House and the Restrooms facility. The project includes the removal and proper disposal of existing roofing materials, the installation of new metal roofing systems, and roof board/sheathing replacement as needed (Restrooms only).
All work must be completed no later than September 15, 2026.
SCOPE OF WORK
Old Power House: remove roof, dispose of debris, install new metal roof.
Restrooms: remove roof, dispose of debris, replace roof boards/sheathing as needed, install new metal roof. Provide all labor, permits, supervision, flashing, trim, fasteners, cleanup, and incidentals.
