Welcome to the City of Milton-Freewater’s Public Transportation website. The City’s transportation services are supported by both federal and state grants as well as a generous Local Option Tax voted in by our citizens. City staff cannot thank the voters enough for their generosity in passing this Local Option Tax to help provide consistent funding in support of public transportation services to provide self-reliance, social fulfillment and independent freedom for all of our citizens.
This page provides information about the City’s transportation services in and around the City of Milton-Freewater, and also information for intercity travel to both College Place and Walla Walla, Washington. In addition you will find links to Grapeline which services Pasco, Washington and CTUIR (Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation), which services Walla Walla, Washington and Weston, Athena, Mission and Pendleton, Oregon from our area. The City of Milton-Freewater provides taxi service six days per week and intercity bus service five days per week, with the following holiday exceptions for both services:

- Christmas Day
