City of Milton-Freewater

Availability:

Available to all customer classes. Energy supplied or generated under this rate schedule shall not be sub-metered for resale to others.

Avoided Cost:

Avoided Cost shall be defined as the total cost of Milton-Freewater's purchased power from all power supply sources minus any credits received. That difference shall then be divided by the total number of KWH purchased in the preceding 12 months. This calculation shall take place in March of each year.

Rules and Regulations:

Service under this classification is subject to the City of Milton-Freewater Utilities General Rules and Regulations, as well as the City of Milton-Freewater Net Metering Agreement, the City of Milton-Freewater Net Metering Application and Compliance Form, and the City of Milton-Freewater Interconnection Standards.
